The Channel Islands Co-operative Society Ltd is repeating its FAIRTRADE Cookery Competition with The Guernsey College of Further Education. Taking place on Thursday 2 March to coincide with Fairtrade Fortnight, the Co-op is supplying ingredients, as many as possible of which will be Fairtrade.
